In Burgundy, the company has bases on the Canal du Nivernais (Vermenton and Auxerre), on the Canal de Bourgogne (St. Florentin) and on the Canal du Midi (Languedoc-Roussillon) in Capestang and Bram.

Vermenton is the ideal starting point from which to explore the charm of the Nivernais Canal. The stunning countryside along the river Yonne surrounds the canal with pretty villages, impressive castles and ancient churches as it rises slowly to the Morvan National Park. There is no lack of opportunity to discover local specialities, always accompanied of course by a glass of the regional wine, which justifies its reputation at any time.

The Canal du Midi, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, extends from Toulouse in the West into the Camargue and connects the Atlantic to the Mediterranean. The canal takes you past mediaeval towns and villages through France’s most fertile wine region – Languedoc Roussillon.
